    Real photos of your business, your team, your work. Stock images won’t cut it – Google and your visitors both know the difference.

    When I need information, a review or a decision from you, I need it reasonably promptly. Delays on your side slow everything down.

    How long is the wait likely to be?

    Honestly, it depends on when clients finish projects or scale back. We’ll give you our best estimate when we confirm your place and we’ll always let you know if timescales change.

    What do the onboarding forms involve?

    Background on your business, your customers, your competitors and your goals. Details about your website, your current marketing and what you’ve tried before. It’s thorough because thorough onboarding produces better results – simple as that.

    Can I start social media now and add SEO later?

    Yes – and it’s actually a smart approach. Social media builds your brand presence while we’re working on the SEO foundations. When your SEO slot comes up, everything’s already set up and running well.

    Is there any cost to joining the waiting list?

    None at all. You’re reserving your place in the queue. There’s no obligation and no payment until we’ve agreed a scope of work and you’re happy to proceed.

    What if we decide we’re not the right fit for each other?

    Then we say so, honestly, and part on good terms. I’d always rather have that conversation early than take on work that isn’t going to produce the results you need. No hard feelings, no wasted money.

    Do you work with businesses outside Cheshire?

    Yes – we’re based in Nantwich but work with clients all over the UK. Everything is handled remotely and we’ve never needed to be in the same room to do good SEO work.
