Prof Heat Services is a Gas Safe registered heating and plumbing engineer covering Crewe, Nantwich and the surrounding Cheshire area, run by Mark. The business – profheatservices.co.uk – offers boiler servicing, installation, central heating, plumbing and renewables, and relies heavily on local reputation and word of mouth to win new work.
Prof Heat Services came to SEO Bridge with no existing social media presence. Every result in this case study reflects organic performance within the first few weeks of launching brand new Instagram and Facebook profiles from a standing start.

We designed a consistent black and orange template system built around the Prof Heat Services logo, then applied it across every job photo, before-and-after transformation and installation showcase.
Mark’s genuine 5-star Google reviews were going unseen. We turned them into branded testimonial graphics designed to reinforce trust and professionalism at a glance, feeding straight into the account’s credibility.
Alongside job showcases and reviews, we introduced lighter, relatable content designed to travel further than a standard trade post – the kind of thing people actually stop scrolling for.
The Results
These figures are pulled directly from the account’s own insights within the first few weeks of launch – no paid boosting, no before-and-after comparison, since there was no prior account to compare against.
Result Detail
In its first 30 days, the account reached 906 accounts and generated 1,996 views, with 64.3% of that coming from non-followers – a strong sign that branded content was travelling beyond Mark’s existing network rather than just being seen by people who already knew the business.
The humour-led “Heating Engineers in a Heatwave” post reached 1,304 views on its own, while a behind-the-scenes pipework Reel picked up 758 views. On the organic static side, the bathroom transformation case study, the Tom Davies review graphic and the pipework showcase were the top three performers in a single week.
A single week of activity – 3 posts and 3 stories – generated 540 views with half of that from non-followers, showing that even a modest, sustainable posting rhythm is enough to keep building reach for a brand new account.
